Erik’s is a great place to buy a car and have it serviced, the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and was very helpful
Multiple appointments were required to fix my brakes after being told twice prior that they were fine, its like they never really listened to me and then suggested all sorts of other costly repairs that did not resolve my issues. Communication was poor and service didn't acknowledge initial miss nor previous feedback. I will seek either another dealership or a non dealer for future repairs when needed.

This replaces what was a five-star review which was written prior to taking delivery of our car. Firstly, the salesman, Adam Alva was top notch and very helpful. The Malibu car is very nice, and we are very pleased with it. However, when picking up the car, our very positive experience changed. We had to see the finance manager, Matt Hoover, who pushed us very hard to buy an extended warranty. Anthony in the service department was top notch! He always kept in contact with me regarding my vehicle and even had the mechanics look at my check engine light and researched to find out that it was under warranty, fixed that at the same time as my other “big job” and in the same day. They were all so nice and informative. Highly recommend!

Our salesman Jeff Martin did an awesome job finding the exact vehicle and trim level we needed. We did it mostly through text. Our time at the dealership was short. Just signed paperwork for our lease and Jeff familiarized us with all the buttons and switches inside. Help used do onstar. Was in and out in less than an hour. Very efficient and thorough. Couldn't ask for more really.
Dropped off car night before. Was told it would be there most of the day as it was about a 7 hour job. At 415 day of service I called after not hearing anything and was told it would not be done before close. This was an issue since it was Friday afternoon.
We received no updated prior until I called to get one.
I had to work all weekend and had no car now.
Nothing was said, nothing was offered.

Anthony and the Service Staff got us in immediately and had the problem diagnosed and addressed within 5 minutes and we were out the door for a safe ride back to SC. The whole staff was welcoming and helpful! Highly recommended!

I had a coolant service done today 10/15/25 tech did a good job ,, left m engine bay clean thank you, has this service done at another dealership,and they made a mess.. will come have again ,, p.s. coffee is even good
